Theresa’s New Porch & Pipes
Theresa has lived in her home for nearly 15 years and is the sole caregiver for her brother who has disabilities. She loves gardening and cooking and is often referred to as “mom” in her neighborhood because of her willingness to help her neighbors whenever they need it.
Theresa called us because her plumbing was failing and her front porch was becoming very unsafe. The concrete was crumbling and sections of the handrails needed support by large rocks at the base. To remedy these issues, we installed a new ADA toilet, fixed multiple leaks, poured new concrete, and built new handrails on both sides of the porch. Theresa and her brother will be safe in her home for years to come.
