Margaret is 67 and has lived in her home for 20 years. She was recently diagnosed with cancer and underwent a lumpectomy and radiation to now become cancer free (yay!). As she was walking down the stairs to her basement one day, she stumbled, and without adequate railings to catch herself, she fell. This was only one of many safety issues in her house. Neither her front nor back door closed and locked properly, allowing anyone to potentially enter her home, and her bathroom sink was leaking onto her floor.

We sent a contractor over to install new handrails in her basement stairway, a new handrail along the walkway to her front door, new doorknobs and deadbolts on the front and back door, and replace the faucet and supply lines in her bathroom. We’re glad Margaret is such a warrior and will be safe in her home now.
