Freddie is 81 and has lived in his home for 28 years. His right leg was amputated below the knee which caused him to struggle with balance and mobility. This made everyday tasks difficult, like going up and down his stairs or getting in and out of his bathtub.

To get Freddie the accessibility modifications he needed as fast as possible, we sent out a skilled volunteer to complete the repairs. Ted did amazing work, installing handrails on both sides of his staircase, a grab bar at the top of his staircase, new trim in his bathroom, a handheld showerhead, and converted his bathtub by lowering the side and putting in a shower chair and transfer bench.
